Returns Procedure For Surplus Goods A restocking charge of 25% or a minimum of £25.00 will apply to products that are surplus to requirements. Once reported a collection request form will be faxed to you. Collection will not be made until the form is completed and faxed back. Goods can only be returned providing: 1 They are perfectly packaged in their original condition. 2 They were supplied less than four weeks ago. 3 They were not a special order. Goods will not be collected unless a delivery is being made. Returns Procedure For Damaged Goods All damages must be reported in writing within five days. Once reported a collection request form will be faxed to you. Collection will not be made until the form is completed and faxed back. The following conditions will apply: 1 Goods will be thoroughly inspected and credit will only be given if it is a genuine fault. 2 Goods will not be collected unless a delivery is being made. 3 They were not a special order. Please note baths & shower trays must be thoroughly inspected upon delivery. Claims for damages after that will not be entertained.
