Returns Procedure For Surplus Goods A restocking charge of 25% or a minimum of £25.00 will apply to products that are surplus to requirements. Once reported a collection request formwill be faxed to you. Collection will not be made until the form is completed and faxed back. Goods can only be returned providing: 1. They are perfectly packaged in their original condition. 2. They were supplied less than four weeks ago. 3. They were not a special order. Goods will not be collected unless a delivery is being made.
